Elena Toledo is a Spanish author who wrote the best-selling novel “Noticias de una mujer perdida” (News of a Lost Woman ) which was selected to be published in English by AmazonCrossing. She is also co-author of “Las barreras del amor” (The Barriers of Love ), which sold over 300,000 copies in its first year after publication. After these books, Elena has published “La mujer naranja” (The Orange Woman), which was awarded the Rondas de oro prize in Spain in 2009 and “Cuando cayó el rey” (When the King Fell Down), a novel about a woman who has to flee from an abusive relationship, but never learns how to live life without men. She lives in Madrid with her husband and two sons.
